A consortium of 4 companies including: Dinh An - Trung Chinh - Khang Nguyen - Ha Do is the only unit participating in the bidding and winning the bidding package to build the 3-segment Ring Road through Thu Duc City.
On 15/12, the Project Management Board invested in the construction of traffic works in Ho Chi Minh City. HCMC has decided to approve the results of selecting a contractor to implement package XL2 - construction of the 3-segment ring road through Thu Duc City (from Km 14+950 to Km 17+500). This is a section of the component 1 project - the construction of the 3-segment ring road through Ho Chi Minh City. HCM (including the Doctor's Canal Bridge).
The winning consortium is Dinh An Group Co., Ltd. - Trung Chinh Trading and Construction Co., Ltd. - Khang Nguyen Infrastructure Construction Investment Joint Stock Company - Ha Do 1 Joint Stock Company. The winning bid price is VND 1,727 billion (estimated price VND 1,729 billion), the contract performance period is 1,080 days. It was also the only bidder who participated in the tender and then won the bid.

Ring Road 3 is a project connecting 5 radial expressways, including: Ho Chi Minh City. HCMC - Trung Luong, HCMC HCMC - Long Thanh - Dau Giay, Ben Luc - Long Thanh, HCMC HCMC - Moc Bai and HCMC HCM - Chon Thanh, creating links for the whole region.
Ring Road 3 passes through the following provinces: Ho Chi Minh City. HCMC, Binh Duong, Dong Nai, Long An. Phase 1 of the project is more than 76 km long, with a scale of 4 expressways and parallel roads. The project is divided into 8 component projects, each locality implements two projects, including site clearance and construction. Particularly, component project 1: Construction of 3-segment ring road through Ho Chi Minh City. HCMC has a total cost of more than VND 7,579 billion, has 42 bidding packages covering many fields.
When completed, the route also opens up new space, forms industrial corridors, connects many seaport clusters, reduces travel time as well as logistics costs. This will create a great competitive advantage for the region, creating a new driving force for the economy and society of the Southern Key Economic Region.
